METAL SLITTING SAWS

For all metal cold sawing applications from general fabrication to high speed tube processing, tube & pipe slotting, and pipe cutting with orbital type machines.

We produce diameter from 25mm to 250mm with or without hub. We also manufacture custom saws as per customer’s requirement.

SIDE & FACE CUTTER

Designed with strip land and tooth form to give strength and more chip clearance. Special note is to be taken of the form at the back of the teeth which gives greater support to the cutting edge. The cutters are well adapted for a wide variety of production operations and are commonly used in pairs for straddle milling. Staggered Tooth Side and Face Cutters HSS Designed for deep slot operations in steel and in most soft materials. They have alternative right and left hand spiral teeth which provide ample chip clearance for fast stock removal. Our manufacturing range from dia 50mm to 250 mm.

KO PINS

We are one of the world’s leading suppliers of knockout pins – also referred to as knock-out pins, KO pins or ejector pins – to the fastener industry. These pins, designed for use in many cold-heading applications, can be supplied as straight, headed or assembled with buttons. Standard pin material is M-2 high-speed steel hardened to Rockwell C 61 to 64. We also create custom knockout pins, including those with special heads, and we craft knockout pins from other materials and metal strengths when our clients require it. Because knockout pins are used in so many applications, we offer a wide range of sizes. We craft knockout pins in diameters ranging from .012 to 3 inches and in lengths up to 48 inches with a uniformly high level of precision.
